On February 19, 2010 William Ciullo, age 42, last of Sycamore, pled guilty to Arson for the November 10, 2009 fire at 1623 Maness Ct. Ciullo was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 4 years probation, $300 fine and costs and $199,679.00 restitution.
Nicholas Timmer case disposition

On March 11, 2010 Nicholas Timmer, age 20, of Sycamore, pled guilty to Aggravated Battery, class 3 felony. Timmer was sentenced to 14 days in jail and 30 days work release, 30 months probation and $700 fine and costs.
Timmer was charged in September 2009 with aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse.
