Parking Restricted: It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on any public street or in any city parking lot after a snowfall of two inches (2') or more has occurred unless the snow has been plowed off or otherwise removed from the pavement. Enforcement: After a two inch (2') snowfall, the police department is hereby authorized to ticket, remove and/or tow away any said vehicle or any other obstruction at the owner's expense; provided, however, if it is an overnight snowfall, there will be no enforcement until seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. Responders found an apparently unoccupied 1994 Buick that was parked in front of the building engulfed in flames, and smoke was visible coming from the eaves of the two story brick building. Within moments, the building was fully involved. Respondents generated high scores for the SPD in the public safety section as well as the police performance and presence section. More important than the high scores generated by this survey is the fact that scores in each of the aforementioned sections were higher than in the survey issued in 2002.
